As first time sellers with two kids under 3, our sale could have been a nightmare. Luckily, ray’s work ethic and sales style came through for a huge win. Ray is the best realtor that my wife and I have ever dealt with. From the moment of first contact he was attentive and enthusiastic. He found us a property that was off market that he had seen a couple of months before.
